BioThane is a strong polyester webbing coated with a durable, waterproof material. It has the look and feel of leather but is easy to wipe clean, odor-resistant, and doesn’t absorb water, making it a great choice for active dogs who love swimming, hiking, and getting muddy. Because of the material’s thickness and structure, our BioThane collars are available with a traditional buckle only, not a side-release buckle.

Use our sizing chart below to find your pup’s best fit. Measure around the widest part of their neck with a soft measuring tape, leaving enough room to comfortably fit two fingers underneath. If your pup falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Always measure twice before ordering!

Yes! Most collars are available with either a traditional buckle or a side-release buckle. BioThane collars are the exception and are available with a traditional buckle only.

Yes! Side-release collars feature a sliding adjuster for a custom fit, while traditional buckle collars include multiple sizing holes for easy adjustment.

Orders containing custom items, such as collars or tags, typically ship within 1–3 weeks—though usually sooner! Orders containing only ready-made items, such as charms or stickers, typically ship the same week. We’ll always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but beautiful things are worth a little wait!

Please double-check all names, sizes, and personalization details before ordering. If you contact us before production begins, we’ll do our best to make the correction. Once your custom item has been created, we’re unable to accept returns or replacements for information entered incorrectly.

Yes! Our collar charms are removable and interchangeable, so your pup can switch up their look to match their mood, outfit, season, or special occasion. Build a collection and give them plenty of options, because every pup deserves a little accessory wardrobe! 🐾
